Weather in the snow

Recently we sent Astra 6 to the Victorian snow fields for the Seven Network. Our VW transporter was the perfect vehicle for the job. It's small enough to drive through the narrow streets of the ski village, but large enough to keep a fully redundant chain, and operator out of the cold. The VW's all wheel drive system meant that grip on the icy roads was never an issue
The conditions were challenging, but Astra 6 and a very cold engineer were able to deliver two days of trouble free transmissions.
